Principal Bedroom:
Ensuite with very comfortable king size pocket-sprung mattress and topper. The room is light and airy with a flat screen TV, hairdryer and radio. The newly installed ensuite bathroom has delightful views of the garden. The bath is a good size with a powered, overhead shower.
Twin Bedroom:
A large welcoming room with twin 3ft beds and mattress toppers. TV and radio. Private bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Separate toilet.

Sitting Room:
Large, comfortable sitting room with French doors opening onto the terrace and garden. Hi-fi system, Digital TV, DVD player, games, magazines and jigsaws available for guests use. Open fire woodburner. A lovely room in which to relax.
Games Room:
Pool table and dartboard. TV.
Dining Room:
Breakfast will be served here or on the terrace between 8 and 9:30 or by arrangement. Guests are welcome to use this room in the evening if required. A microwave is available for heating takeaways - we have very good Indian, Thai and Chinese restaurants nearby with a delivery service.
