Principal Bedroom (Cooden):
Ensuite with very comfortable superking size/twin pocket-sprung mattress. The room is light and airy with a flat screen TV, hairdryer and radio. The newly installed ensuite bathroom has delightful views of the garden. The bath is a good size with a powered, overhead shower.
Kingsize Bedroom (Highwoods):
A large, welcoming room with king size bed. TV and radio. Private bathroom with bath, toilet and seperate shower cubicle.

Sitting Room:
Large, comfortable sitting room with French doors opening onto the terrace and garden. Hi-fi system, Digital TV, DVD player. Games, magazines and jigsaws are avalible for guest use. Open fire/woodburner. A lovely room in which to relax.

Pool table and dartboard. TV.
Dining Room:
Breakfast will be served here or on the terrace between 8 and 9:30. Guests are welcome to use this room in the evening if required. Microwave is avalible for heating takeaways etc.
