We have the following Terms and Conditions:-
Unfortunately we cannot accept credit card payment at the moment - only cash or cheque please.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to guarantee a reservation. Fourteen days notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £5 administration fee per room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival of the deposit we will do our utmost to re-let the room. If we are able to re-let we will refund the deposit minus £5 charge to cover our bank charges.
We have a non-smoking policy.
We own two very friendly Spaniels and one cat. Therefore, Highwoods Farm is not suitable for people with dog or cat allergies.
As many guests come for some peace and quiet we do not accept children under the age of 10. For guests booking more than 1 room we may be able to make an exception to this rule - please ask for details.
Check in is between 4pm and 6pm and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure. If you will be arriving after 6 please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly.
